I'm back with another topic ~ Cliche vs Reality! In this stupid modern world, most people have a cliche mindset. And when it comes to teen girls, here is what everyone thinks :
Cliche
• Either she is one of the popular queen bitch or a nerd with glasses who is secretly very pretty. Duh!
• Either she is a slut or she is a virgin. (Dumb I know!)
• If she is popular, she parties every week and makes out with the school's hottest guys.
• If she is not, she studies when everyone else parties.
• An unpopular girl is always friends with nerds and losers.
• Girls are drama queens.
• Girls can't keep secrets.
• Girls take a lot of time to dress.
• Girls love make up.
• Girls are meant to be cheerleaders and not sporty.
• Girls love making nicknames for their boyfriends.
• Girls are clingy.
These are only a FEW things. I don't even have the time to list ALL of them! And here is the reality :
Reality
• The popularity thing is not there in every school FYI. Most of that happens only in movies and teen fiction stories. There are NO particular ways to categorize a girl. And if you DO, you're a stereotype.
• Such a dumb thing to assume. Not every girl has has had sex once is a slut! A slut is someone who sleeps around all the time. You're such an asshole to think like that!
• Another dumb misconception. Not every popular girl loves to party. And there is no such stamped proof that she loves exchanging saliva with guys.
• How do you know that she is NOT having a fun sleepover with her friends? Or watching a newly released movie? Or going to a much cooler and more awesome party? *wink wink*
• *Tch tch* That's just SO dumb. Even unpopular girls can have good friends. I'm not popular at all. infact there is no such popularity index here at my school. And who are YOU to call her friends losers huh?
• Not at all. There might be some girls who are like that. But not EVERYone is like that. I've seen some BOYS who are completely drama QUEENS! Haha.
• Of course girls can keep secrets. If this was true, then there would have been no female officer in secret agencies LOL. So watch before you speak.
• Many girls do. But as I said, not EVERYone. I barely take 15 minutes. And I've known my boy cousin who take MUCH longer than this LOL.
• Nah. If I start an anti-makeup campaign, I'm pretty sure, some thousands of girls might just join me, I HATE makeup.
• I would just throw a punch at those who think like this. Haven't you ever heard of Serena Williams or Mary Kom? Dudes, never EVER even bring such a thought in your stupid mind. There are millions of women who are talented on the sporty side. And MUCH better than guys!
• Oh gosh. How do you assume that? I repeat. Not EVERY girl is the same. A few nicknames might be okay. But not every girl loves calling boyfriend - baby, bae, sweetie, choco, cupcake, superman, etc etc. That's just ridiculous.
• Shut up already, who are running this thought in their minds. Most girls ain't 24/7 with their boyfriends. And just because she told her guy that she wants to come with him somewhere doesn't mean she is clingy for God's sake! I repeat, SHUT UP!
I hope you agree with me girls! xD I personally wanted to give this message to some shitty guys who have this kinda mindset! A big shout out to those who are like me! :P
